- 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- Spring onions & sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp oil if needed, then stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and cornstarch slurry.
- Return the beef to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add the noodles and toss everything together until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with spring onions and sesame seeds if desired.
